I am so honored! Well, blessed may be a better description! The term "Soul Sister" is beautifully described in the relationship(s) I have received over the last 5 years since my Mary passed away. I lost one sister to Heaven, but have gained so many more - sisters attached to my soul!
Same love, same purpose, same outlook, same goals!

Yoga Is: A Transformational Journey

 

I felt an urge to learn more about Yoga.  I always felt there was much more than jus the physical practice of it.  I came across this film "Yoga Is" and knew this is exactly what I was looking for. It is a transformation journey to the soul!
