It's pretty amazing that my SSS Jen Dio and I share so many of the same experiences in life. One of them is the loss of our dads.

She posted this sweet poem to him on her FB page and I loved it so much that I had to share it here. It's as if I wrote this to my daddy too:

I miss you today,

as I do everyday,

but I'm okay.

I have family that loves me,

friends I adore,

and am happy once more.

I wish I could hug you.

I wish I could see you.

Know that I love you

with all that I am

and through all that I do.
