I was thinking about my life and my struggles. My losses and my pains. I feel a little bit like that dissheveled lil dove on my patio. Too young to feel what I feel. I always knew I was an old soul, but never really felt "old". I have my moments and when I look at this little dove, it is me I see during those times.
This is a blog dedicated to my dear sister Mary who had so much to live for and so much to give ~ she gave all she had and it is all treasured now... until we see again.

A Bird for me

Aww, I love the little brown dove! I think I love it the most because it needs love the most.
I think of this verse when I am down because it reminds me of the closeness of God when I hurt...
"I am close to the brokenhearted and near to those crushed in spirit".
He is close to you too sweet sister. He turns it all around for good in some way or another.
I love the little dove. I heard one outside my family room window this morning. The dove is a sign of peace. So, maybe you will meet a dove who is able to carry your pain for you so you can experience peace and comfort.
I will be praying for that...
Love,
Kerri
Me, too! Love you!
